November / December 1999	Ellis Brigham's ski test evening was well worth attending for Alan Brown. Ray West enjoyed Walking with Waymark in France.
November 1999	At October's  AGM the Chairman's Report was followed by a talk by Maud Instone. Brian Richardson won't forget Sailing and Dancing at Elton. White Nancy walk (the venue for this year's treasure hunt) by Brian Richards, with a picture of the "Jelly Babies team" provided by Ian Cartwright.
September 1999	Pauline Whitehead reviews the golf evening held in June, while July's mountain biking is covered by Claire Richards. Ursula Whitehead tried cross-country skiing in Switzerland and would go back again.
July 1999	Tony Keates writes about touring Norway in a motor caravan and follows up with some general notes on skiing in Norway. The Lake District walk was A Grand Day Out according to Dave Miller.
May 1999	John Scott's talk on the BT Round the World Challenge by Anne Stevenson. Club holiday to Park City by Brian Ewart.
March  1999	Claire Richards' talk on Canada, Customers and the Klondike (almost) by Alan Brown. The Gully by Ian Cartwright (a mile long ski run within an hours drive of Manchester). A nostalgic follow-up to the Walls' Field article by Trudy Lymer. Anne Stevenson writes about An evening Petting at Rossendale. Flaine - Is there life outside the Ski Club? by Ray West. Club holiday to Verbier by Lindsay Harford and Helen Richards.
