Heavenly, Usa - March 2002

By Paul Sharp

The price and finer details of the ski holiday to Heavenly next year have now been finalised and, thanks to Paul's negotiations, this is a good deal. The price has been set at £999 including Manchester/Amsterdam/San Francisco flights via KLM, top insurance for the mini vans (+ski racks) with 3 people in each van covered to drive. The 4 sharing a van will share the petrol costs and, as petrol is cheap in America, this is not likely to be a lot, possibly £15 per head for the two weeks. The tanks will be full on collection from the hire company and this initial tankful is included in the holiday price.

The 4* hotel accommodation, in an attractive setting overlooking the lake, is inclusive of full American breakfasts and 20% discount vouchers are given for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Full area lift passes will be purchased on arrival.

At this stage Paul has reserved only 12 places and 10 people are already interested. Possibly another 4 places can be acquired if more people come forward wishing to go. However, the same discount may not be available at a later date and the cost of the holiday could be a bit higher for later bookings. Paul will accept post dated cheques to reserve a place.

As the flights are scheduled, names must be given to the tour company by the 3rd April, so it's advisable to forward your booking form as soon as possible.
